At Break Frontier, we take pride in the quality of our products. We understand that purchasing clothing online can sometimes be challenging, which is why we’ve established this returns and refunds policy to provide clarity while ensuring a fair process for all parties involved.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Free from any scents (including perfume, cologne, smoke, etc.)
- Complete with all original tags attached
- Returned within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and to protect all our customers, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that show signs of wear or use
- Items that have been washed
- Items with removed tags
- Items with any alterations
Return Process
If your return meets our eligibility requirements, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at our web form with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions
- Ship the item back in secure packaging with tracking information
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Store credit (default option) – Processed within 3-5 business days
- Original payment method – Subject to a 15% restocking fee and processed within 7-10 business days
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for size issues only, subject to product availability. Please contact our customer service team to discuss exchange options.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos showing the damage or defect
- We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly through replacement or refund
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.).
Final Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional sales marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
